35.Undoing booboos in your auctions

^{Nobody is perfect – not even pioneer eBay power sellers. In fact, with the numerous eBay auction interface areas, it's just a matter of time before you make a mistake, your next auction booboo is just a matter of time.}

^{So, how do you undue your mistakes? It depends on the situation. If nobody has placed a bid on your auction yet, you can just simply click on “revise auction” underneath your eBay username. If someone or some people were quick enough to make a bid on it already, you will have to cancel the bids first and then cancel your auction and make another one.}

^{The next logical thing to do would be to TRY and get a credit from eBay for the listing that you have cancelled. You can do this by going to “My eBay Page” then “My Account”, there should be a link for you to click and email eBay and tell them what has happened. It is best practice to take note of the old and new auction # to support your claim.}
