Send and email to your buyers the soonest time after an auction ends informing them of the great news of winning one of your highly sought after items. By doing so, do not forget to clearly communicate your payment instructions as well.
Once the payment has been confirmed, you can then have the item shipped and once this is done, send your customer an email again stating the details of the shipment including the tracking number if applicable.
Once the estimated time of shipment has lapse, you then send a follow-up email to check if everything went according to plan. Keep in mind that this email may not be needed most of the time since buyers will most likely email you once they get a hold of their merchandise. So, either on your follow-up email or your reply to your buyer’s receipt confirmation, you have to make sure to leave a clickable link to where they can leave you your hard earned feedback.
